My experience
Content Design Lead, Equity
As a founding member of the Equity team at Meta, I collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, language managers, legal, policy, and privacy teams to launch and embed equitable best practices throughout the development process for highly sensitive products such as Payments, Vote, Giving, and Creators.
Director, Content Strategy
Developing global high level strategies that identifies the right content for the right user at the right time across paid, earned, shared and owned channels, I work with various client teams to identify the client’s business goals and plan for the creation and delivery of various forms of useful, usable content that scales multiple stakeholders, platforms and content types.
Content Strategy Lead
As the firm's first Content Strategist, I managed a widespread, interdisciplinary team of writers. Providing both strategic direction and project management, I launched the firm's largest annual editorial initiative. This large-scale, cross- departmental project reimagined Booz Allen's traditional digital experience, and resulted in the highest conversion rates to date for their Impact Report.
Content Marketing Manager
Managing the UK copywriting team, I defined content development workflows, along with developing voice and tone guidelines. I also piloted a new blog strategy resulting in 50% increase in traffic within 6 months.
